This was one of the best shop experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was fast, friendly and a great group of people! They wasn’t playing around when it came to getting it done! Had a bad tire behind the blowout and they caught it before it became a major issue ! Will definitely recommend anyone to go there in the. NEw Orleans area! Fabulous group of employees and great people!

Shout out to Anthony for doing an amazing job of getting me back on the road quicker than I could have hoped for. He didn't waste any time and you could tell he knew what he was doing.

Brandi, has been an amazing help with finding tires and getting them replaced for my crews on storm in LA for restoration work. Couldn't have asked for better help in an unknown location. 10/10 I do recommend.

The day started off badly when the Southern Tire across the street didn't have the tires in stock that I had been promised. (See separate review) The day seemed to be going better when Goodyear had the tire size that I needed and at a fair price. The front office was friendly and at this point their saving grace. The tires were being replaced on a commercial vehicle with aluminum wheels. The tires being replaced were the original tires. I should have checked for damage to the wheels before I left, but since I was in a hurry I did not. I noticed the scratches a few hours later. They are clearly tool marks from the tire change. I immediately called the shop and the manager doubted that the damage was from the tire change but did finally agree to fix the wheels. The problem that I now have is if I have the wheels fixed I will lose the truck for multiple days and therefore a lot of money. They may be fine if you have steel wheels but I wouldn't trust them nice aluminum wheels.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Tires are of good quality, yes a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for - and I like the fact that they don't sell Chinese tires. Normally you are able to get in and out instead of waiting 2 - 3 hours.
